PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT (“Terms”). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“You”, “Your” or “Members”) and Sergio Sereeira, including when You purchase products and services from Us or a Built Nutrition-affiliated website or application (collectively, the “Services”).  Your continued use of the Services constitutes Your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms (the “Agreement”).

By accessing or using Built Nutrition's services, you confirm that:

Services

Built Nutrition provides:

Nutrition coaching and training programs. One-on-one accountability and support. Ongoing fitness and nutrition education. Use of third-party platforms, including Trainerize, to deliver services. These services are designed for general wellness purposes and do not constitute medical advice.

The meal plans, nutrition advice, and dietary recommendations provided by Sergio Sereeira are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating in this program, you acknowledge that:

Not Medical Advice – The meal plans provided are general nutrition guidelines and are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have specific health concerns, consult a licensed physician or registered dietitian before making dietary changes.

Individual Responsibility – You are responsible for determining whether any recommended foods or ingredients align with your personal dietary needs, allergies, or restrictions.

No Guarantee of Results – Results may vary based on individual adherence, metabolism, and other factors. Sergio Sereeira makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

Liability Release – By using the nutrition guidance and meal plans provided, you agree to release and hold harmless Sergio Sereeira and its coaches from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to dietary changes or food consumption.

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE: (A) YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ITS TERMS; (B) YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER; (C) YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY; AND (D) ALL INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY YOU IN USING THE SERVICES IS TRUE AND ACCURATE.

The Services provided by Built Nutrition include personalized nutritional and fitness information intended to support Members in their individual health and wellness goals. Built Nutrition is not a medical organization, and our coaches are not qualified to provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. The information and guidance provided through our Services should not be construed as medical advice. You are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed physician or healthcare professional before beginning any weight-loss, fitness, or nutrition program.

The Services are intended exclusively for healthy adults aged 18 or older. They are not suitable for minors, pregnant individuals, or those with pre-existing medical conditions. It is your responsibility to seek professional medical advice before starting any fitness, nutrition, or weight-loss efforts. Failure to do so constitutes an assumption of risk for any potential adverse effects.

Built Nutrition provides its Services on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, effectiveness, or suitability of the Services, website, promotional materials, articles, blog posts, coaching, or any other information shared. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Membership and Payments

A $149/month membership fee, billed automatically unless canceled.

A 30-day money-back guarantee for non-promotional clients.

Payment Terms:

Payments are processed through Stripe or other secure payment processors.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [insert contact email]. Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of the subscription period beyond the 30-day guarantee.

Member Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information during signup. Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. Use Built Nutrition services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Notify us immediately if your account is compromised or if there are unauthorized charges.

Waiver of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

Participating in fitness and nutrition programs involves inherent risks. Built Nutrition is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from your participation.

This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or accuracy. Built Nutrition makes no guarantees regarding the reliability, timeliness, or effectiveness of the Services, and your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Under no circumstances shall Built Nutrition, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be held liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of the Services or information provided, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. This includes, but is not limited to:

Termination of Services
